Ajay Chalana

Ajay Chalana is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development within the marketing and loyalty sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering for the Marketing Platform at Visa since May 2011, Chalana oversees the enterprise marketing campaign platform and Martech stack. Previously, roles included Director of Engineering for Loyalty and Marketing at TIBCO Software, and Senior Director of Engineering at Loyaltylab, where Chalana led product development teams and strategy for loyalty programs. Earlier experience at Oracle Inc involved leading the development of web analytics products and managing user management, analytics, and customer profiling modules. Chalana holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Punjabi University.
