Alexander Kovriga

Alexander Kovriga is currently a Senior Managing Counsel (Senior Director) at Visa CEMEA, where they lead legal efforts on strategic projects and initiatives, including engagements with Central Banks and governments, M&A, and regulatory advisory work. Previously, Alexander spent 12 years at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, focusing on M&A, private equity, and capital markets transactions. They hold a Master's degree in Law from the Higher School of Economics, earned in 2009.
