Amber Cazzell

Amber Cazzell is a Sr Design Research Manager at Visa, where they focus on generating innovative insights in payments and financial services using human-centered design approaches. Prior to this role, Amber served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Baylor University, leading teams to uncover insights about relationship dynamics and well-being related to gratitude. They also held positions as a Chief Science Officer at ERA INC, where they consulted on design principles and contributed to successful funding rounds, and as a Visiting Scholar at Stanford University, focusing on moral psychology and adolescent development. Amber earned their PhD in Applied Social Psychology from Brigham Young University after completing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Point Loma Nazarene University.
