Amisha Hira is an advocate for social justice, climate justice, and allyship, striving to integrate these values into business and personal practices. They have a background in product innovation and have been recognized as a creative collaborator and problem solver. Since January 2025, Amisha has served as co-chair for Visa’s Race Ethnicity And Cultural Heritage (REACH) ERG, as well as leading the DEI Working Group at a local primary school. Their professional experience includes roles at Visa Europe and the Metropolitan Police, where they focused on product management and performance analysis, respectively. Amisha is currently pursuing a BSc in Computational Mathematics at The University of Reading and an MA in Information Technology at Nottingham University.
