Ana Estrada currently serves as the Director of Visa Managed Services and formerly held the position of Director of Visa Dispute Optimization at Visa since September 2021. In these roles, Ana manages and optimizes the Visa Dispute Optimization program in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on efficient dispute resolution, program design, project management, and training opportunities. Prior to joining Visa, Ana held leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Division Leader and Team Leader, and gained extensive experience at SYKES Philippines as a CSAT Officer and Account Supervisor.
