Andrew Tam is a seasoned in-house counsel currently serving as Counsel for Global Product, IP, and Services at Visa. With extensive experience in commercial and technology transactions, product counseling, and data privacy, they have held key legal positions at various companies, including DocuSign, Roku Inc., Edmodo, and Rocket Fuel Inc. Andrew has a strong background in intellectual property portfolio management and has worked with both pre-IPO startups and established public companies. They hold a J.D. from the University of Southern California Law School and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
