Andrew Torre has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Regional President for Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa at Visa since October 2007. Torre's previous roles at Visa include Group Country Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa, Country Manager for Russia, and Senior Vice President of Strategy, overseeing Global Pricing and Interchange. Prior to Visa, Torre was General Manager of the Enterprise Payments Division at BankServ and held product development and strategic planning positions at Washington Mutual. Early career experience includes product management at Visa and product development leadership at eFounders, as well as program management at the International Finance Corporation. Torre holds a Master’s degree in International Economics & Russian Studies from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Vermont.
