Ann Machilsen

Ann Machilsen is the Director of Global Total Rewards at Visa, where they lead compensation and benefits strategies on a global scale. With extensive experience in North America, Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia, they have developed expertise in executive pay programs, job evaluation, and global mobility. Prior roles include Vice President of Compensation & Benefits at LSG Group and Director of Health & Safety at Orange France Telecom Group. Ann earned a Master’s Degree in Commercial Engineering and a Master in Business Economics and Management, both with Honors, from the University of Leuven in Belgium. They are fluent in English, German, French, and Dutch, and are recognized as a trusted partner at the executive level.
