Ben Heil is a Senior Machine Learning Scientist at Visa. Previously, Ben held positions as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at both the Bioinformatics and Computational Biosciences Branch of the National Institutes of Health and the National Human Genome Research Institute in 2016 and 2017, respectively. Ben earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Genomics and Computational Biology from the University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2018 to 2023, and completed a degree in Bioinformatics at Baylor University from 2014 to 2018.
