Bill Dobbins

Bill Dobbins has over 25 years of experience in the payments industry, most notably serving as Head of Acquiring and Enablement and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Visa Inc. from June 1998 to June 2023. Prior to Visa, Bill held a role in Commercial Sales at Nations Bank from January 1997 to January 1998. Bill Dobbins earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Delaware, completing studies there from January 1985 to January 1989, and attended Chaminade High School from January 1981 to January 1985.
