Carl Douglas

Carl Douglas has extensive experience in network and operations management across various organizations. Beginning as Manager LAN / Internet at Medpartners from 1995 to 1999, Douglas oversaw server and network services for over 23,000 users. At The TriZetto Group (1999-2005), Douglas served as Sr. Director Network and Telecom, leading teams in disaster recovery and security while managing extensive network infrastructures. A tenure at CaridainBCT (2005-2010) involved managing network and telecom services globally. Douglas then transitioned to CyberSource (2010-2014) as Manager of Managed Hosting Services and later took on the role of Regional Manager Cloud Operations at SDL. Most recently, Douglas held dual positions at Visa from January 2015 to August 2023 as Director of Hosting Services and Director SRE for Visa Direct, focusing on merchant payment services.
