Casey De Souza

Casey De Souza is currently the Director of Loyalty & Engagement Solutions at Visa, where they lead initiatives to enhance customer loyalty. Previously, they held various roles at companies such as American Express and Westpac Group, where they focused on marketing communications, product management, and customer loyalty strategies. Casey gained early industry experience as a Graduate at Qantas and later worked in marketing strategy at Qantas Holidays. They continue to pursue education at the University of Western Sydney.
