Cerra Carpenter is currently the Director of Internal Events at Visa, where they lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement. Cerra's extensive experience in event management includes positions at SEPHORA, Reddit, Inc., and the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Science. They began their career with internships in marketing and event coordination at various organizations, including the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and Fresno Magazine.
