Chris Jones is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and development. Currently serving as a Portfolio Architect at Visa since May 2022, Chris previously held similar roles at Fraedom from January 2021 to May 2022, focusing on engineering ecosystems. Prior to this, Chris worked at MYOB from March 2015 to January 2021, providing technical leadership and mentorship while guiding the solution design and development of online accounting software using cloud architectures and micro-services. Chris’s earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Solutions Developer and Systems Analyst at Gentrack Ltd, where software development for the Airport 20/20 software suite was a highlight, as well as fundamental roles in analysis and programming. Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from Massey University.
