Cindy Wu, CFA, is currently the Director of Finance at Visa, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, Cindy served as a Vice President in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley from 2023 to 2024 and was an Investment Banking Associate at the same firm from 2018 to 2023. With previous experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at both Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2016 to 2018, Cindy has cultivated expertise in mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt transactions across the U.S. and Asia. Cindy holds multiple degrees from Tsinghua University, including a Bachelor's in Economics and Finance and a Double Degree in Law, as well as a Master's in Finance from Peking University.
