Prior to that, Cole founded Mass Impact Technology in January 2014, where the company focuses on helping working professionals launch their own tech start-up by creating business plans, market strategies, and product MVPs. Before founding MIT, Cole worked as the Marketing and Sales Director at Autofusion from September 2010 to December 2013. Cole holds a degree in Economics, Political Science, and Business/Managerial Economics from UC San Diego.
