David Dalesandro

David Dalesandro is a Sr Process Improvement Manager at Visa, drawing on extensive Lean Six Sigma experience. Previously, they served as a Lean Six Sigma Consultant at Dell, where they led multiple projects to enhance process efficiency and trained over 200 employees in various Six Sigma methodologies. David has also worked in product development roles and as a Six Sigma Project Manager, significantly reducing manufacturing cycle times across various industries. They hold a Master's degree in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University, along with an MBA in Technology Management and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
