Derrick Carpenter

Derrick Carpenter is an accomplished Account Executive with over 15 years of experience in financial services, particularly within the retail and payment industries. Currently serving as EVP of Integrated Payments, Digital Commerce, and CMO for Bank of America Merchant Services, Derrick has held progressive roles since joining the firm in 2011, where they have driven significant revenue growth and launched innovative products. Prior to Bank of America, Derrick was a Director of Payment Services at Walmart, where they led initiatives that transformed government benefit payments and improved transaction accuracy. Derrick earned a BS in Computer Information Systems from Emporia State University and an MBA from Webster University.
