Emily Liu, CA, CPA, is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in technical accounting and SEC reporting. They currently serve as the Director of Technical Accounting at Visa, having previously held managerial roles at Lyft and Fortinet, where they focused on acquisition accounting and compliance with ASC standards. Emily has built a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP through roles at Deloitte and Xilinx, where they also supported debt issuance and prepared critical financial disclosures.
