Emily Nickolson

Emily Nickolson is a Senior UX Research Manager at Visa, where they lead research initiatives in the Issuing Solutions and Risk+Identity product organizations while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Previously, Emily worked as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Amazon and gained experience as a User Experience Research Intern at Google. They hold a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction Design from City University London and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from The University of Texas at Austin, where they were also involved in various leadership roles and research positions. Throughout their career, Emily has focused on improving lives through technology and advocating for users whose needs are often overlooked.
