Emma Ward has extensive experience in strategy and operations, currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Operations for North America Enablers, Merchants & Fintechs at Visa since January 2020, where previous roles included Director of US Merchant Strategy and Operations and Senior Manager of Retail Partnerships. Prior to Visa, Emma held positions at Coty as a Business Sales Manager, L2 Inc. as a Senior Associate in Research & Client Strategy for Luxury, and Lord & Taylor in various roles including Assistant Buyer for Cosmetics & Fragrances. Emma began her career with internships at the Virginia Foundation for the Humanities and Conde Nast. Emma holds a B.A. in History and American Studies from the University of Virginia.
