Hap Huynh

Hap Huynh is currently the Vice President of Core Payment Applications at Visa, where they lead initiatives in payment products, including contact and contactless transactions. Previously, Hap held various roles at Visa, including Senior Director for Visa Secure and EMV 3DS, and has also worked as a Senior Security Architect for the Department of the Interior. With a strong background in security and authentication solutions, Hap is recognized as a security evangelist in global payment initiatives. They obtained a Master’s degree in Policy and Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley.
