Heather Planey is a transformative senior leader and educator with extensive experience in enterprise program direction. They served as Director of Product Management at Airlines Reporting Corporation from 2017 to 2020, managing a portfolio that supported over $90 billion in annual sales transactions. Prior to this, Heather held multiple consulting roles at Amtrak, where they implemented next-generation distribution platforms and e-commerce strategies. Currently, they lead the Visa Analytics Platform and Global Business Intelligence teams at Visa while also facilitating online courses for eCornell’s Product Management certificate program. Heather is pursuing both a Bachelor's and Master's degree at Purdue University, alongside studies at Penn State University.
