Héctor C is a Director of Strategy Consulting at Visa, where they lead consulting engagements for major clients, including the largest Islamic bank in the world. With an engineering background, Héctor graduated first in their class from the Master in Management program at IE Business School and participated in a prestigious exchange program at the Swiss University of St. Gallen. They have a strong history of fast promotions within Visa, having become the youngest Senior Manager across eight European countries and later achieving notable roles at the company. Prior to Visa, Héctor gained experience in global risk analysis at Banco Santander and participated in Deloitte's Top Talent Programme.
