Hema G is a seasoned Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in fintech and technology-driven initiatives. Currently at Visa since July 2025, Hema manages technical programs and previously held similar positions at Fi, where leadership in tech infrastructure for a new NBFC arm resulted in significant lending growth and enhanced user onboarding processes. Prior to Fi, Hema contributed to Indihood's growth by managing high-impact platforms and optimizing technical efficiencies, achieving notable improvements in collection rates and turnaround times. Early career roles included positions at Cognizant as a Business Analyst and Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Systems Engineer, where foundational skills in application support and software development were developed. Hema holds a PGDM in Business Administration and Management from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Vellore Institute of Technology.
