Henry Maeda is currently the Director of B2B Acceptance at Visa, where they focus on identifying opportunities in B2B payments to drive business growth. With over 20 years of experience in the payments and credit ecosystem, Henry has held pivotal roles at various firms, including Ambev, where they led the startup of the fintech Bees Bank, and Cartão Elo, where they contributed to the establishment of a new payment scheme. They previously managed strategic initiatives at Banco PAN and were integral to the launch and growth of several financial products at multiple organizations. Henry holds an Executive Degree in Digital Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management.
