James Houslay

James Houslay is currently the Head of Finance for the UK & Ireland at Visa, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director and Senior Financial Analyst for FP&A in Sub-Saharan Africa and have held various other financial positions within Visa since 2015. James began their career with KPMG, completing a training contract in Johannesburg and progressing to roles such as Audit Senior and Supervisor. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Commercial Analyst and Group Management Accountant at Huntsworth Health from 2008 to 2012. James earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours in Accounting) from the University of Johannesburg and became a Chartered Accountant through the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
