Javier Madrigal

Javier Madrigal is a cybersecurity professional with over 16 years of experience in incident response, security architecture, and risk management. They currently serve as Senior Director at Visa, having previously held the position of Chief Defensive Cyberspace Operations at U.S. Army Cyber Command, where they managed one of the largest networks in the world. Additionally, Javier trained over 400 cybersecurity professionals while serving as Battalion Commander, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to improving organizational security. They hold a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and have participated in a Post Graduate Fellowship in Data Science at the University of Pittsburgh.
