Jeff Biala

Jeff Biala is a seasoned technologist with a unique perspective shaped by an anthropological approach to technology. They served as Director of DC IT Project Services at NORC at the University of Chicago from 2001 to 2009 and later became Principal Owner of Biala Consulting, LLC from 2009 to 2022. Jeff has held significant roles, including Sr. Knowledge Management Architect at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Director of Technology Solutions at the American Institutes for Research. Currently, they are the Global Head of Change Management at Visa, while pursuing an MBA in International Business at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
