Jill Johnson

Jill Johnson is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as an HR Manager in the People Team Development Program at Visa since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a People Operations MBA Intern at Carvana, where significant contributions were made to talent development and leadership coaching. As Director of Operations for The Mandy & David Team at Compass, Jill focused on recruiting and training sales agents, developing onboarding processes, and enhancing client relations strategies. Additional experience includes serving as Special Assistant to the CEO at Ditto Residential, where collaboration on a significant development project took place, and as Contract and Client Services Manager at Coldwell Banker, facilitating numerous real estate transactions. Education includes an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Southern California, complemented by a study abroad program at UNSW in Sydney, Australia.
