Jinny Ki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources across leading companies. At Visa, Jinny Ki has held multiple senior director roles, including overseeing performance and development strategies, global talent operations, and onboarding experiences. Prior to Visa, Jinny Ki served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Google, focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives, and held positions in staffing and recruiting at Uber Technologies, Genentech, and Unum Group. Jinny Ki holds an M.S. in Human Resources Design from Claremont Graduate University and an MBA in Strategic Management & Leadership from the Drucker School of Management.
