They began their career as an intern at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney before advancing to various roles, including an Associate at Citi and a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst at First Republic Bank. Joanne served as a Secondee at the Federal Reserve Board and held several positions at Visa, currently acting as the Director of Global Digital Partnership for BigTech Clients. They also contributed as a Fintech Supervisory Analyst II at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and have a solid educational background, including a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
