Joe Jocas

Regulatory Affairs Analyst

Joe Jocas is an experienced professional with a strong background in international relations, research, and digital communications. Notable positions include serving as a Research Assistant at the Security and Political Economy Lab at the University of Southern California, conducting extensive research on civil conflict related to natural resources, and as a Foreign Service Fellow at the U.S. Embassy in Dakar, where research focused on social unrest and education rights in Senegal.
