Jonathan Hale

Jonathan Hale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational metrics and data management across several prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director at Visa since September 2021, Jonathan leads the transformation of operations metrics, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of critical data to executive leadership while managing a team of reporting analysts. Prior to Visa, Jonathan held the position of Research Data Team Lead at Bridgewater Associates, where they played a key role in developing a micro-data warehouse that significantly impacted investment outcomes. Additional experience includes consulting at Accenture, analyzing market data management at Barclays Capital, and managing market data operations at Reuters. Jonathan holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BBA in Economics from Baruch College.
