Jonathan Hart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational design. Currently serving as Senior Director of Organizational Design and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Execution at Visa since August 2021, Jonathan previously held the position of Senior Recruiting Manager for Software Leadership at Facebook from December 2018 to August 2021.
