Josh Deitz

Josh Deitz is a Senior Associate Counsel at Visa, where their practice focuses on the negotiation and administration of government and private contracts, privacy issues, intellectual property, and compliance matters. Prior to this role, Josh served as an Associate Attorney at Rogers Joseph O'Donnell, providing legal counsel to various industries, and held a position as a Legal and Strategy Advisor for Myelin Therapeutics, an early-stage biotech startup. Josh has also instructed legal writing and research at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and contributed as a Research Associate for the National Association for Urban Debate Leagues. They earned a Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Texas Christian University.
