Joyce Li is the Global Head of Workplace Program Management at Visa, where they lead the global oversight and execution of the real estate project portfolio, including the construction of the new mission headquarters and various offices worldwide. With a background in urban planning, Joyce has held senior roles in both corporate real estate and government, notably serving as Chief of Staff for NYC TRACE during the COVID-19 pandemic and playing a pivotal role in major infrastructure projects for the NYC Mayor’s Office. Joyce established Visa's first Global Program Management Office for Real Estate and Corporate Services, which standardized project delivery and measurement across regions. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Public Policy from Hampshire College and are working towards a Master of Urban Planning at New York University.
