Jungdo LIM

Jungdo LIM is the Director of Innovation & Design for Value Added Services at Visa, where they focus on executing consumer research and facilitating co-creation workshops. Jungdo has played a pivotal role in developing various digital products, including Visa Token Service and P2P money transfer, and has managed significant public events. Prior to Visa, Jungdo served as the Head of Market Intelligence at Orange Labs Tokyo, monitoring innovation trends in the ICT industry. They also held positions as a Consultant at Accenture Strategy and a Market Research Manager at Deutsche Telekom Japan. Jungdo earned a BA from SOAS University of London.
