Kate Manfred is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within major financial services firms. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of Advisory for North America at Visa since November 2022, Kate previously held multiple senior positions at Discover Financial Services, including Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Student Loans. With a significant tenure at The Boston Consulting Group, Kate led the Center for Consumer and Customer Insights, driving consumer-driven growth strategies for clients. Earlier in her career, Kate contributed as a Research Engineer at Amoco. Kate holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
