Katie Beaudry

Katie Beaudry is the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Client Care at Visa, where they focus on delivering measurable outcomes through strategic and collaborative leadership. With extensive experience in both the retail and global banking industries, they have previously held multiple senior roles at HSBC, including Head of Customer Experience and Head of Employee Communications. Katie began their career as the Corporate and Legal Affairs Manager at Tesco and holds a First Class BA Hons in English and Media from the University of Sussex.
