Kimberly Baker

Kimberly Baker, CPA, currently serves as the VP and North America Controller at Visa since April 2024. In addition, Baker is a Member of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Audit Committee at The Carey School since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Chief Accounting Officer at Datavant, Head of Business Accounting at Stripe, and Controller at Zuora. Baker also held the position of Assistant Corporate Controller at Bechtel Corporation, where responsibilities included global consolidation, policy implementation, and audit management. Earlier in the career, Baker spent over a decade at Deloitte & Touche in various managerial roles, providing accounting advisory services and expertise in complex transactions. Baker holds a BBA in Accounting and Management from Emory University and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.
