Kyla Holcombe

Kyla Holcombe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Currently serving as Sr. Manager for Global Learning for Client Services at Visa since April 2025, Kyla previously held various positions at BetterUp, including Manager and Senior Consultant in People Insights Consulting from November 2020 to March 2025, where contributions centered on driving organizational change through evidence-based coaching and people development strategies. At Newmeasures, LLC from January 2017 to November 2020, Kyla consulted with global clients on employee experience and leadership development, developing numerous surveys and managing research projects. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Analyst of Educator Effectiveness at Denver Public Schools, and serving as a Course Instructor in the Master’s program at Colorado State University, where Kyla also completed a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
