Leah Ciulla

Leah Ciulla is currently the Senior Early Careers Manager at Visa, where they lead the Early Careers Digital Sourcing Team. Previously, Leah held various roles at The Lubrizol Corporation, including University Relations Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on workforce planning and diversity recruitment. Earlier in their career, Leah gained experience as a Learning and Development Intern at Erie Insurance Group and a Human Resources Intern at Hilton Akron/Fairlawn. Leah is pursuing both a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Akron and a Master of Business Administration from Gannon University.
