Lee Zhang is the Director of Ethics & Compliance for Greater China at Visa, where they focus on regulatory compliance across various domains including Anti-Bribery, Data Privacy, and Information Security. Previously, Lee held positions as Compliance Officer at BMO Financial Group, Compliance Manager at HSBC, and Legal and Compliance Director at Chow Tai Fook Enterprises. They have extensive experience in compliance management, including roles in internal audit at Citi and PayPal, and have led initiatives in anti-money laundering and risk assessment. Lee earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from The University of Hong Kong and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Montpellier Management.
