Lilian Mendes

Lilian Mendes is currently the Implementations Director for Brazil and Central America, where they lead the Client Support and Implementations Team with a focus on enhancing client experiences. They previously held various roles at Visa, including Operations Director, where they oversaw New Client Onboarding and mentored teams to provide innovative operational solutions. With a background in product analysis at Banco ABN and extensive experience in project management, Lilian has contributed to significant improvements in the electronic payment industry. They hold an Administration degree from Universidade Santa Cecília and are pursuing two MBA degrees at Ohio University and Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Additionally, they are working towards a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
