Lucy Demery is currently the SVP and Head of Visa Commercial Solutions for Europe. They previously held the position of Managing Director in Fintech Banking at Barclays Investment Bank from 2021 to 2024 and served as the Global Head of Fintech Banking at Standard Chartered Bank from 2015 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Lucy worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan from 2013 to 2015 and specialized in corporate law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from 2011 to 2013. Lucy holds a First Class Honours L.L.B. from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, and is currently pursuing studies in Impact Investing at the University of Oxford and completing A-Levels at King George V School.
