Maher Watfa, CIPD, is a seasoned Senior HR Professional currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations for CEMEA at Visa. With a robust background in HR, they have held significant roles including Director of HR Policy, Compliance and Employee Relations at PwC Middle East and Regional Employee Relations Manager at Serco. Maher has extensive experience in establishing HR shared services and optimizing performance across diverse sectors, demonstrating a strong ability to partner with senior leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the American University of Beirut and are currently pursuing an Associate Degree from CIPD.
