Maksym Omelyan is currently the Senior Director, leading Visa Consulting and Analytics in Ukraine, Moldova, and SEE. Previously, they served as Senior Vice President and Head of the Strategy Office at SoftServe from 2020 to 2024, and held various positions including Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and Investment Banking Professional at Morgan Stanley. Maksym co-founded Zidora.az and was a Partner at Obertinsky Beverages. They began their career as an Analyst Intern in Private Equity at Vienna Capital Partners and have also completed an internship at Lazard & Co GmbH. Maksym earned a Specialist degree in Applied Linguistics from the National University "Lviv Polytechnic" in 2005.
