Marek Sagan

Marek Sagan is a seasoned IT solution and product delivery manager with over 18 years of experience in financial services, particularly in payment systems and credit/debit card processing. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering CMS PD at Visa, Marek has held various leadership roles, including Vice President at MasterCard Payment Transaction Services Europe and acting Director of Project Management at FIRST DATA POLSKA. Marek's expertise encompasses project management methodologies and cloud transformation, as well as a strong foundation in Java and Python. They hold several certifications, including PMP and Certified ScrumMaster, and possess a Master’s degree from Warsaw University of Technology.
