Martine Ly

Martine Ly is currently the Director and Head of Visa Government Solutions France, a position they have held since 2022. With a diverse background in financial services, Martine previously served as Managing Director France at Loanboox from 2018 to 2022 and held leadership roles at La Banque Postale and BRED. Martine began their career as a Senior Associate at Moody's and has accumulated extensive experience in credit risk and strategy within the public sector. Educated at Economics University and Skema Business School, Martine holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Financial Engineering and an Advanced Master’s in Business Intelligence & Project Management.
